When Refunds Apply
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The project has not yet started.
- Work delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope or requirements.
- Technical issues from our side prevent delivery of the service.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Completed Projects: Once final files or a completed website have been delivered.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the service after work has started.
- Partially Completed Work: If significant time and resources have already been invested.
- Discounted / Promotional Services: Services purchased on special discounts or packages are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, depending on how much work has already been completed. For example:
- If initial concepts have been shared but the project is canceled midway.
- If revisions have been delivered but the client decides not to proceed further.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or payment provider.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Project Revisions & Exchanges
Instead of refunds, we encourage revisions and adjustments.
- If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we will work with you to make changes based on the agreed package.
- Exchanges (service replacement) are only applicable if a project cannot be completed due to our technical limitations.
